Clear boundaries for using SeQurance responsibly.

These Terms govern access to the SeQurance private beta. SeQurance is the product owner, engineering owner and service operator. Privacy questions can be sent to Privacy@sequrance.com and misuse reports to Abuse@sequrance.com.

The registered address and EU-establishment or representative details have not yet been approved for publication. They will be added before public launch; no address is implied by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 to create an account and must meet any higher minimum age, parental-consent or capacity rule that applies where you live. The worldwide launch and age matrix still require Legal approval before public access.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and notify SeQurance if you believe your account has been compromised. Account verification, password recovery and security notices are essential service messages.

The private beta is for authenticated, one-address-at-a-time identity-exposure and privacy-audit work. Search only addresses and exact usernames that you own or are authorized to audit. A verified primary account does not turn SeQurance into an anonymous or unrestricted bulk-search service.

Do not use SeQurance for stalking, harassment, covert relationship monitoring, cheating detection, discrimination, facial identification, vulnerability scanning, asset discovery, credential abuse, unlawful profiling or attempts to bypass a provider's controls.

SeQurance organizes reviewed public and approved breach metadata into evidence-led reports. A matching username, profile or service signal is a clue, not proof of ownership, identity, conduct or risk.

Sources can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. A provider error is shown as a limitation and is never treated as proof that nothing exists. Do not use a report as the sole basis for legal, employment, insurance, credit, housing or other high-impact decisions.

The Privacy Notice explains which identifiers are encrypted, which approved checks receive data, what evidence is retained and how to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection.

Passwords, provider tokens, cookies, raw breach rows and stealer logs are not part of a SeQurance report. You remain responsible for avoiding unnecessary personal information in anything you submit.

The beta may change, pause or be withdrawn while SeQurance tests safety, capacity and accuracy. Features may be gated by plan, approval, provider availability, jurisdiction, budget or a kill switch. Do not rely on the beta for emergency response or continuous protection.

Monitoring, organization workspaces, SSO and executive/VIP workflows remain governed rollout capabilities. They become active only when the relevant controls and an approved pilot or plan explicitly enable them; creating an individual account does not activate them.

The current private beta may provide free or manually granted credits. Public paid plans are not active under these Terms.

Before charging customers, SeQurance will publish approved prices, included credits, expiry and carry-over rules, taxes, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, refund and dispute terms. No current beta wording overrides mandatory consumer rights.

SeQurance and its licensors retain rights in the platform, design, code, report structure and branding. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta for its permitted purpose.

You retain rights in information you provide. You may use and export your own report subject to applicable law and third-party rights; you may not resell access, scrape the service, defeat controls or reproduce protected platform components.

SeQurance may restrict or end access to protect people, providers or the service; respond to unlawful use; enforce budgets; or comply with legal obligations. Where practical, the reason and available review path will be shown.

You may stop using the service and request deletion. Some minimal security, billing or legal records may need to be retained for a documented period; the final retention schedule requires Legal approval before public launch.

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without a promise that every source, profile or exposure will be found. SeQurance is not responsible for decisions made by treating clues as verified identity facts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The governing-law, venue and final liability language remain pending owner and Legal approval before the paid or worldwide public service.
